Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. Very pleased with our blinds, my husband measured them wrongly so had to send two back. They were returned very quickly and no charge for cutting them down, so their customer service is excellent. I would recommend them.

I ordered a kitchen blind. Unfortunately, we did not measure properly, 1cm out. I contacted English Blinds who asked us to return them. They not only amended the blinds but sent them to me free of charge. Brilliant customer service. Very satisfied.
