Communication throughout was excellent and when I realised I had ordered the exact size and not recess fit, the team were accommodating to adapt the order. Excellent service.

I have always cut down standard-size blinds in the past, but the blind we purchased from English Blinds was just so much easier to fit and very good quality. I was concerned about just giving window dimensions online and whether it would be the right size, but they really know what they are doing and the tolerances for fitting were perfect. Manufacture and delivery was very timely even in these strange Covid times. Thank you, very good product.

Arrived pretty quickly considering they are made to order. I had an issue with 1 of the chains but a replacement came very quickly with no hassle. Very good quality blinds.
