We followed the easy measuring instructions which accompanied the sample I requested and ordered online. I received acknowledgement of my order and confirmation when it was in production and then when it was dispatched, all this was within 4 days. I am delighted with the quality and the service from English Blinds.

The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.

Very happy customer! Purchased a blind for the bathroom which always gets sprayed by the shower and to replace a wooden one (different company) which hasn't survived the damp well. Excellent blinds - now had lounge, kitchen/dining area, utility room and bedroom all from English Blinds. Easy to fit and far superior quality at a reasonable price compared to the shops.
