Excellent service, I made an error in my order and customer services couldn't have been more accommodating. The blind arrived within 48 hours!

This is our second order from this excellent company and both times we have had excellent service. We were told that there was a potential problem with the fabric for our latest order, and sent a photo so that we could understand the issue. Based on this we decided to carry on and we are very pleased with the finished blinds, which arrived sooner than expected too. Clearly, every effort was made to minimise the problem.

As the blinds have only been up a few days, I can only comment on how easy they were to fit and that they are an asset to all the rooms they are in. As soon as we have finished decorating the other rooms I will be ordering more. Ordering was simple and I was happy with delivery time. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

I received three beautiful made-to-measure real wood Venetian blinds, excellent quality and speedy delivery.
