BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. No improvements are needed. The blind was made to my specifications. Communication was detailed from the receipt of the order to posting and delivery. The blind itself was of excellent quality and was exactly as advertised on the website. Very pleased with the end result. This is the second blind I have bought from this company.
