Excellent service. I had made an error on my order. I emailed and sorted it very quickly with their customer service, with extra information advising my order wouldn't change but they would amend it manually. We took a chance and purchased online (always a risk when something is bespoke and relies on one's own measurements). So glad we did. The blind is superb. Really good quality and washable (which is handy as it is for the shower room).
