I believe English Blinds are an old-fashioned business with a modern profile, they put service and the customer first, which a lot of modern companies don't. They are helpful and supportive and the quality of their products cannot be disputed.

Found the ordering procedure very straightforward. I chose to use English Blinds because I found they have a much wider choice of fabric designs than other companies. I had a design in my mind but couldn't find anything near it until I searched English Blinds. My made-to-measure blinds arrived very promptly. The brackets were easy to put up. Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Based on this experience I am looking at ordering another blind for a different room Well done, 5-stars well deserved
