I can't think of any improvements you could make. I am so pleased with my blind, in actual fact I'm 100% happy. The quality is second to none.

I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the product and the responsiveness of English Blinds when I realised I hadn't specified the metal chain. All arrived beautifully packaged with the metal chain! Making sure your measurements are right is essential as they fit perfectly. So measure twice!

Also, we misplaced a small clip and when I phoned to ask if you could send a replacement it arrived the next day so thank you very much for sending it so quickly. The ordering on the website was very straightforward. We ordered five assorted blinds, all different sizes and all fitted well. The order came on time as stated. I did manage to cut through one of the cords when unpacking but a replacement soon came after contacting English blinds. Good value for money and I would choose them again.
