The fixing brackets at first didn't appear to have been included so I phoned them and they agreed to send a further supply no quibble first class the same day. Beautiful blinds and look lovely in my kitchen Came with all the fixings, extra screws and raw plugs. From the time they were ordered to the time they arrived was four days which I thought was very good. I would definitely recommend and use again.
