Rang their customer service and they apologised and said they would send me another one which I received within a couple of days. The blinds are of good quality and look amazing on our window. Then I ordered some more blinds for the rest of the windows. Would recommend.
Ordered a made-to-measure blackout roller blind. Delivery was within a week and the blind was a perfect fit. Unlike the one that I ordered from another company this blind was level. The blackout level is very good and the blind is good quality. All in all, a good experience.
