Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. All is good with my blinds and the service I received.
Blinds came very quickly in early January and I'm very happy with them. Would have ordered earlier based on a sample of my new flooring but Christmas delivery couldn't be guaranteed. I waited for the actual flooring to be done for colour matching. Much cheaper than other online blinds companies. This is my third time ordering from English Blinds and I'm very satisfied with all the blinds. Thank you.
