These blinds are extremely well made and again I've received first-class service. They send samples promptly so you can get the perfect match of colour before you place your order. Delivery was faster than expected and arrived by UPS, and my query was answered by email really quickly. The blind we received is lovely.
I found the website clear and easy to use, and the prices lower than those of other potential suppliers (this was the only thing that made me worry a little, but I need not have done) the blind is really good quality and looks fab!
The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.

UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £179. Otherwise, it is just £7.95 per order, regardless of how many blinds you buy.
