I ordered made-to-measure blinds for my summerhouse, they arrived as specified, but I wrongly ordered a recess fitting. This was no problem all I had to do was to send the valance fronts back to have them cut so the valance returns fitted, this was done within a couple of days. We bought a PVC waterproof roller blind for the kitchen. I took the measurements of the old one, typed them into the site and got a price. The website is excellent. When it arrived it was the right size, fitting was easy, it glides up and down and is light tight. I'm going to order another one for the door. 5 stars all the way.
