The item was lost by the delivery company who were not any help whatsoever. I called English blinds and spoke to customer service who were very helpful and made another blind and dispatched it the same day. Now it has arrived and is fitted. Very pleased with the quality and service. Thank you.

This is the second time I have used English Blinds and would highly recommend them. Their service is second to none. Online ordering was very simple, and the blinds are top quality and reasonably priced. Very satisfied.

Once again the quality of the product was superb. I placed the order on 25th May and received it on the 3rd of June two days early. The service was excellent. You ask if there are areas where you could make improvements. As far as I can see there are none. I always say that if a system isn't broken don't fix it. Once again thanks for a class product.
