I asked for my order to be delivered on a specific date and the person I spoke to was helpful and said he would arrange that. When I rang another time for an update I was again given the information willingly and efficiently. The blinds arrived exactly when he said and I could track my parcel all the way.

Outstanding service, we've ordered three custom-made blinds so far, all have arrived in the stated time and were the right size and came with the right fittings. The quality is very nice too, with a lovely smooth action. Being able to customize the size, and the side of the controls makes it perfect. And they're not even expensive!

Used English Blinds a number of times now for roller blinds, Venetian blinds and Roman blinds. All have been top quality and good value for money. Customer service has always been good, and delivery is quick considering they are made to measure items.
