I was a bit nervous about measuring and fitting blinds myself having used companies that do it all in the past and with my limited DIY skills. Wanted to save some money this time and the sample choice was good, and the speed of delivery saved a lot of time over getting someone out to us so I gave it a go. I'm really pleased with the quality. They are up though and look great. I would definitely use them again, in fact, I wish I had always done it this way.

First-class service. Ordered online, which was confirmed straight away, and told when production started. Told when dispatched. The product itself is as ordered and fits perfectly. When I emailed I got a prompt answer which in itself is fantastic nowadays. I would use them again.
BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. Excellent service from placing the order and then being notified when the blinds were in production to when they were being dispatched. They arrived within the quoted time frame as well. We got 4 of the diamond grain white blinds which are fitted in our bay and complete with the pelmets are absolutely first class. We would use them again and most definitely recommend to friends and family.
I was extremely happy with the spring-loaded roller blinds when they arrived. They were robust, well made and easy to put up. The measurements were precise giving a perfect fit. Remember to ensure you provide your dimensions according to their instructions! The price was amazingly good, as were customer relations and delivery. Overall, definitely worth doing business with English Blinds!
