The first thing that was brilliant was you had a wonderful collection of designs, then once ordered a good tracking system to let us know on delivery, and right on cue arrived in the time slot given. The blinds received are great, no complaints there. There was a delay in my order getting to me due to a faulty batch - English Blinds contacted me to let me know this, they were extremely helpful and the problem was rectified very quickly.
