I'm delighted with the new kitchen blind made by English Blinds. Top quality materials too, way better than the great price would suggest. So, I'll definitely be returning for more as other rooms are renovated. Gemma responded immediately when I asked for a longer chain, and it arrived when promised. I ordered a kitchen blind. Unfortunately, we did not measure properly, 1cm out. I contacted English Blinds who asked us to return them. They not only amended the blinds but sent them to me free of charge. Brilliant customer service. Very satisfied.
