I found the whole process online very easy to use, clear instructions were given on how to measure and make sure the blind fitted. The blind was delivered in excellent time, well above expectations. All fittings and fixtures were included with blind and was easy to put up. I am absolutely thrilled with my blind and is perfect for my room. Have used English Blinds twice now for blackout and roller blinds. The sample service always delivers promptly and the products are very good quality and well made. One blind was damaged in transit but they have dealt with the issue promptly and professionally.
