We bought this blind on behalf of our neighbour. Not yet fitted. I am sure our neighbour's blind will be as nice as ours.
Blinds arrived in about a week (2 bank holidays in the middle so may have been quicker without them). Fittings are metal instead of plastic on some blinds so should be pretty strong. Easy to fit with supplied plugs and screws.
Your online processes are easy to use. Had no trouble requesting samples and the ordering of the one we wanted was excellent. The blind was delivered before the projected date. Congratulations on a simple, well managed operation. I'd certainly recommend you to others.

I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.
Really pleased with the two roller blinds we got. The service was very helpful in determining how to measure the blinds ourselves, and it was straightforward in terms of ordering from the website. This is the second time I have bought blinds from English Blinds after a recommendation from my sister. I have had 3 blinds of various sizes, all of which have been perfect. The quality is good and the service is excellent. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly :)
