The website was clear and ordering was very easy. Small problem with delivery, but after contacting them the problem was solved within minutes. Customer service was excellent (thanks Gemma). The item was of good quality, easy to fit (all fittings supplied), and the fit was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company! Well done.
Easy to order and quick delivery, great blinds
BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. English Blinds produced exactly what I ordered and they fitted perfectly. Thank you.

The Blinds were of good quality and at a very reasonable price. We had a fault with one of the blinds, but they did not quibble about it and after sending them pictures showing the fault they supplied us with a new replacement blind. We would recommend them to others.

Very happy with blinds easy to install was told 5 days delivery but turned up in 3 days. It fits lovely, looks great and is a good price. Customer service was very helpful and I will be ordering again in the new year.
