Entering details and placing the order was incredibly straightforward, asking all the right questions to meet my needs. The product arrived within the time frame stated and is of a very good quality. I ordered made-to-measure blinds for my summerhouse, they arrived as specified, but I wrongly ordered a recess fitting. This was no problem all I had to do was to send the valance fronts back to have them cut so the valance returns fitted, this was done within a couple of days. Excellent quality and outstanding service.
