Alderley Teal Roman Blind

I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! The measurements we gave resulted in blinds which fitted exactly. We also chose samples which were a decent size and proved very helpful as patterns and colours are not always the same as shown on the internet. The service was wonderful and we would have no hesitation using English Blinds again.

No improvements are needed. The blind was made to my specifications. Communication was detailed from the receipt of the order to posting and delivery. The blind itself was of excellent quality and was exactly as advertised on the website. Very pleased with the end result. This is the second blind I have bought from this company. I wanted the two blinds I had ordered to arrive quickly, so I followed up my online order with a request via email that they be produced and dispatched as soon as possible! I received a prompt response saying that they would do their best, and the blinds arrived at my home in 2 working days which was great.
