Delivery was faster than expected and arrived by UPS, and my query was answered by email really quickly. The blind we received is lovely.

Great website, easy to use. Did have a slight issue when the blind arrived however it was all sorted out within a day and a replacement arrived quicker than expected. Great customer service. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
