First, I ordered a sample which arrived in one day. I placed an order for a bespoke-sized Venetian blind and was given a timescale for delivery. The blind arrived within the original dates given and was in perfect condition. The instructions for fitting were easily understandable. The blind was a perfect size and well-made. Very happy with my blind. Strong aluminium tubing and very good fabric. I gave the wrong delivery address by mistake however this was rectified easily by email. Very competitive prices would recommend them to anybody and will have no hesitation using them again.
