Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.

Fabulous service. Very easy to place an order. Just measure said window and they do all the other measurements for you. I like the fact that you can also track the process of your order and delivery was prompt and exactly in the time frame they predicted. The blinds are absolutely lovely, better than expected and really good quality. Great service, great delivery and great quality
