Ordering was simple. The actual delivery was quicker than the estimated time given and that was before Christmas, so good work. The blinds were as advertised.

The whole process was excellent, from choosing from the easy to use website, a phone call to check a point of detail, through to the arrival of the blinds which were exactly as we had hoped and fitted perfectly.

I was very impressed with the service. They contacted me shortly after I placed my order online just to double-check the dimensions as I needed a very unusual small blind. The packaging it was shipped in was sturdy and the blind was easy to hang. Overall really lovely product, especially where it was such a unique size.

Excellent service would highly recommend. I will order again. Service was brilliant and they knew exactly what to do and how to please the customer. I needed a wider roller blind for the kitchen window but could not find one the right width, but they made sure that the width was the correct size for my window. We ordered 3 blinds, all excellent, delivered in the timescale. I am impressed in particular with the 2500mm blind which is difficult to source. The material is as shown on the webpage and is what we wanted. There's a superb range of options. Edges are perfectly cut and no fraying anywhere. Good communication from the company too. I will buy more when I need them.
