I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! Found the whole process quite easy. The material samples requested arrived quickly. When I phoned with a query as to whether a one-piece blind with different-length slats could be done. English blinds were very helpful and gave me some positive help and advice. The finished items are now installed in the conservatory and they look good. My wife is also very happy with them, which is the main thing.
Well worth the wait as this blind looks great. It is not at all flimsy, like other blinds I have had in the past, but well made and sturdy. Will be using this company again when I decorate my next room.
