The blind samples were easy to order and came quickly. The order also arrived very quickly and looks good but still not been put up yet due to bathroom refurbishment delays. My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage.
