Excellent service for high-quality blinds. We had previously ordered without problems so had no hesitation in ordering from English Blinds again. We ordered two blinds but unfortunately, one was damaged in transit. English Blinds were very professional and sent out an immediate replacement. It was delivered well before the final estimated date, thoroughly protected in bubble wrap and with all necessary fittings and it fits perfectly (to the millimetre). It looks superb and we will certainly not hesitate to return to English blinds as and when the need arises.
