Excellent service once again and the swatches turned up much quicker than I expected which enabled me to make a choice and place an order within a couple of days.

Ordered Monday and delivered Friday, for which I'm grateful. Very well-packed. I also rang the office and was given helpful advice about measuring. The blind for a bathroom is a heavy quality vinyl and there is a little catch to attach to the wall that the drawcord passes through so it doesn't get tangled. Another good thing is that I was sent about 10 samples before buying to help me decide. What I wanted at first would have been totally unsuitable.

The order process is user-friendly and the website is well laid out, informative and easy to follow. The products are of excellent quality and easy to install.
