amazing customer service from start to end. I had a technical issue with my order but they sorted it all out for me. They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. Ordered seven Pure White 50mm real wood blinds for my flat. Four have already gone up and I'm very pleased with them, they've made a huge difference in the flat.
