They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. Very pleased with these blinds and will be ordering one more. The blinds operate effortlessly and look really smart. I was pleased that there were attachments to fit the front cover as previously I have had to use Velcro which is not ideal.
