Very fast response with the samples. The finished blinds are of excellent quality and an efficient trackingemail system kept us fully informed as to the delivery date. Have used them three times now - and have been very pleased with all blinds.

I was really impressed with the customer service! I made an error when ordering the wrong colour blinds, but was reassured that all would be corrected, and when they arrived they were perfect! I would definitely recommend them. Good quality craftsmanship which is hard to find these days.
Very pleased with my new blinds. They look fantastic and are exactly as described on the website. They have a lovely shutter-like look from the outside and yet are more economical and less bulky than shutters in the interior.
