Also, we misplaced a small clip and when I phoned to ask if you could send a replacement it arrived the next day so thank you very much for sending it so quickly. Entering details and placing the order was incredibly straightforward, asking all the right questions to meet my needs. The product arrived within the time frame stated and is of a very good quality.
