1) A well-designed website. 2) ordered samples at 4 pm and they arrived at 9 am the next day. 3) Easy to order, the 4 blinds came within the time stated. 5) very well made and of excellent quality. The initial instruction for measuring and ordering the blind was very clear. It was delivered in a few days. The quality of the blind is excellent and the fitting instructions made the installation easy.
