Great product, delivered on time. Simple to fit and looks fabulous. Had a bit of a problem ordering online when the payment screen froze and wouldn't go any further. A quick phone call to English Blinds and all was sorted. Will definitely use them again.

Arrived in good time and well packaged. I was kept informed of the progress of my order throughout. The blind itself is a beautiful colour. Once again the quality of the product was superb. I placed the order on 25th May and received it on the 3rd of June two days early. The service was excellent. You ask if there are areas where you could make improvements. As far as I can see there are none. I always say that if a system isn't broken don't fix it. Once again thanks for a class product.
