The blind samples were easy to order and came quickly. The order also arrived very quickly and looks good but still not been put up yet due to bathroom refurbishment delays. Very impressed with the whole system. I made an error when entering card details but did not realise at first, someone rang the next day and I was able to rectify the issue over the phone thus causing no delay to order. The blind has arrived and is lovely I would recommend your firm to others
