Extremely good service from start to finish! I ordered a sample first which arrived (respectable size) within a day. The website and the 'How to measure options' were explained clearly, so easy to do. The website is very user friendly so easy to submit your measurements. The blind arrived within the time frame specified and was packaged neatly using a limited amount of cardboard.

Excellent service, communication and packaging from English Blinds. I sent for samples, which was very helpful in choosing the right shade of grey. The measurements needed were very clear on the website. Fantastic quality, very solid. I would definitely use them again!
Really impressed with the quality of the wooden blinds we ordered. They came in good time, especially considering we ordered over the festive period. They were easy to install and most importantly, they look fab! We have an extra-large window, approx. 2m x 2m and most online blind companies couldn't supply for us, but English Blinds have done so and couldn't be happier with them. Great product, delivered on time. Simple to fit and looks fabulous. Had a bit of a problem ordering online when the payment screen froze and wouldn't go any further. A quick phone call to English Blinds and all was sorted. Will definitely use them again.
