I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

Excellent quality and delivered on time. These blinds are exactly what we wanted. The only thing I would say is that these need medium DIY skills to install, especially if they are large. So keep that in mind when ordering. Overall highly satisfied, and would use them again if we are in the market for blinds
