As I have a cat and the hair sticks to normal blinds I have ordered the waterproof design, and they are brilliant. The system is easy to order and they arrive quite quickly and are easy to fit. My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage. A replacement was sent and received within 2 working days. Good quality blinds and really happy with the customer service received and will use the company again.
