BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. Found the ordering procedure very straightforward. I chose to use English Blinds because I found they have a much wider choice of fabric designs than other companies. I had a design in my mind but couldn't find anything near it until I searched English Blinds. My made-to-measure blinds arrived very promptly. The brackets were easy to put up. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I definitely would recommend English Blinds to others.
Great selection of material for the various styles, and the pre-purchase free swatch system works very well - buying made-to-measure makes the job so much easier and looks great.
