Bought one pair of made-to-measure black wooden blinds. The delivery was swift and the communication was second to none. The blinds arrived in perfect condition, fit exactly to the window and came with easy-to-understand instructions on how to erect them. I have used this company before for a few blinds so it was my first port of call when I needed a new one for my kitchen. It's quite difficult to choose a fabric online without seeing and feeling it, so their sample service is a great bonus. My samples arrived very quickly, and I was able to choose and order straight away. The progress of my order was kept up to date by email and the blind arrived on the day that I was notified. It was beautifully made and very well packaged to protect it during transit. I would definitely use English Blinds again in the future.
The order procedure is really easy. The advice about measuring is excellent. The product looks even better than shown online. I would recommend this company. Ifwhen we want a blind they are the first company I go to. Sorry if this sounds a bit ott, but to be honest it is so nice to deal with a company who are so professional and reasonably priced. Customer support are on the ball.
We found the whole experience quite easy from choosing the Blind to fitting it, just supply the measurements and they do the rest. It came within the said time well pleased with it.
