Ordering was very easy, the product and workmanship were extremely good, the blinds were very well packaged and fitting was easy. Communication about the delay would have been appreciated but the blinds fit perfectly they are well made, and we didn't have to do anything other than clip the slats on. Extremely pleased and will be purchasing from them again.
Thank you - pleased with the multi-lux blinds. My main concern was they would fit - they slot in very nicely to the recess and are easy to install. I think the fittings seem quite sturdy metal and they roll out smoothly. The material is mould-resistant without appearing too plasticky. Delivery all on time with the current COVID circumstances. I emailed to ask to change the colour of one, it was all sorted. Thank you it is much appreciated
