Excellent quality and delivered on time. These blinds are exactly what we wanted. The only thing I would say is that these need medium DIY skills to install, especially if they are large. Extremely good service from start to finish! I ordered a sample first which arrived (respectable size) within a day. The website and the 'How to measure options' were explained clearly, so easy to do. The website is very user friendly so easy to submit your measurements. The blind arrived within the time frame specified and was packaged neatly using a limited amount of cardboard.
