We followed the easy measuring instructions which accompanied the sample I requested and ordered online. I received acknowledgement of my order and confirmation when it was in production and then when it was dispatched, all this was within 4 days. I ordered, on separate occasions, two blackout blinds for bedroom windows and am delighted with both. The palette was large, and I was able to select exactly the colour I wanted and when the blinds arrived the colour was true. The quality of each was excellent and the silver chains were strong. Having measured the window frame as advised the fit is perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend English Blinds to anyone looking for a great product at a very good price.
