Very pleased with the blinds we ordered, they don't need any improvement, we are very pleased with ours. Yes, we would recommend English blinds.

Although my blind order couldn't be dispatched in full due to stock issues with the supplier, the customer service and communication from English Blinds could not have been better. Always willing to discuss the order and update as requested, very helpful.

Good quality and good after-sales care if required

I ordered a kitchen blind. Unfortunately, we did not measure properly, 1cm out. I contacted English Blinds who asked us to return them. They not only amended the blinds but sent them to me free of charge. Brilliant customer service. Very satisfied.
