I found the whole process online very easy to use, clear instructions were given on how to measure and make sure the blind fitted. The blind was delivered in excellent time, well above expectations. All fittings and fixtures were included with blind and was easy to put up. I am absolutely thrilled with my blind and is perfect for my room. Very pleased with these blinds and will be ordering one more. The blinds operate effortlessly and look really smart. I was pleased that there were attachments to fit the front cover as previously I have had to use Velcro which is not ideal.
