Brilliant service from ordering to receiving the blind. I doubted the colour of the blind, so I called and spoke to customer services who were super helpful and sent out samples. I then sent an email saying I was happy with the colour - the order came out a few days later and the blind is up! Clear instructions on how to fit. Definitely recommended.

A delight to deal with English Blinds. From start to finish their service was excellent. Samples were sent promptly and questions answered quickly. My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage. A replacement was sent and received within 2 working days. Good quality blinds and really happy with the customer service received and will use the company again.
