Found the ordering procedure very straightforward. I chose to use English Blinds because I found they have a much wider choice of fabric designs than other companies. I had a design in my mind but couldn't find anything near it until I searched English Blinds. My made-to-measure blinds arrived very promptly. The brackets were easy to put up. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I definitely would recommend English Blinds to others.

Had a bit of trouble getting the discount knocked off at checkout but that could have been my fault. However, the problem was sorted out by an extremely helpful young lady on the phone.
