A sample was ordered and it arrived in 24 hours. The customer helpline was answered promptly and the member of staff was polite and was able to answer technical questions. The blind was delivered quickly. It is of very good quality and the instructions for installation were easy to follow.

I emailed and sorted it very quickly with their customer service, with extra information advising my order wouldn't change but they would amend it manually.
