No improvements are needed. The blind was made to my specifications. Communication was detailed from the receipt of the order to posting and delivery. The blind itself was of excellent quality and was exactly as advertised on the website. Very pleased with the end result. This is the second blind I have bought from this company. What can I say about English Blinds? I ordered and then changed the measurements with no fuss from this company. I waited approximately 4 days for the roller blind to arrive. I have to say it was worth the wait, they use quality materials, very well made, e.g. the bottom of the blind had a sewn hem. Unlike a previous company, I used and had to return the blind through shoddy work. I would recommend English Blinds to anybody, you will get a good product, well made, at a good price, spoil yourself. Well done English Blinds.
