I did require customer support and the guy was a very good communicator and resolved my concerns about the blind. He was supportive and very helpful. Excellent blinds, very good quality materials used. The brackets provided are strong and also a few for the middle of the blind - mine was over 2 meters wide. Looks good from the outside and inside. Easy to fix. Would definitely recommend
